A key factor is that there is no need for a solicitor to set up an agency with the insurer as would be the case with a direct relationship, and in addition there is no cost to the solicitor for our service and the level of premium is the same as it would be on a direct basis. The Experience Behind The Company

The company was formed in 2003 and our Directors have over 25 years’ comprehensive experience in the market whilst being supported by a small but experienced team. Michele Oldfield, Director, has an insurance and legal background dating back to 1983, including 8 years heading up the litigation department of a large London personal injury practice. Fellow Director Mark Carpenter has over 20 years’ experience in the ATE insurance and credit hire industries and has previously held marketing positions within Unilever and Avis Europe, latterly as Sales & Marketing Director.
