Law Link has been providing ATE insurance solutions for our solicitor partners and their clients for over fifteen years
Whilst we do not offer funding or the provision of cases ourselves, thanks to our contacts in the industry, we are often able to make appropriate introductions on behalf of our solicitor partners.
Funding:
We are able to make introductions for the following services:
- Individual case funding
- Disbursement funding (usually, but not always, linked to an ATE insurance policy)
- Practice funding (secured and unsecured)
All funding facilities will be offered subject to a successful application.
Provision of work:
We are able to make introductions for the following case types:

- EL/ PL
- Clinical negligence

- Financial
