Law Link has been providing ATE insurance solutions for our solicitor partners and their clients for over fifteen years

The Company:

Law Link (ATE) Ltd is an independent After The Event insurance broker, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under FRN 315021. We have marketed a range of ATE insurance products to solicitors and their clients since 2003, with over 90,000 policies provided. Our success has been based on offering competitive and appropriate policies, combined with a prompt and friendly customer service. Our unique relationships with our underwriting panel means there is effectively no additional cost to our solicitors or their clients for using our service. There is, however, a significant benefit, as we use our knowledge and experience to take all the hassle and inconvenience of finding appropriate ATE insurance away from the solicitor.

Mark Carpenter

Director

Mark was a founding partner in the company at its inception in 2003. He has almost 20 years’ experience in the industry and previously held senior positions with Unilever and as a Director within Avis Europe. Mark mainly looks after Law Link’s sales and marketing operations.

Michele Oldfield

Director

Michele was appointed as a Director of Law Link (ATE) Ltd in 2010. Previous to joining the company, she spent 8 years heading up the personal injury department of a large London practice. Michele’s main responsibilities for Law Link are claims and compliance.
